THE WAY WE WERE AND THE WAY WE ARE TODAY
The residents of Maisons Lafayette Block B Condominiums have always been primarily professional people. We are proud of our residents and we celebrate each other’s accomplishments and milestones.
We consider ourselves extended family. We like to have fun. We have had progressive dinners, picnics, work parties, holiday decorating events, and concerts and we welcome new unit owners with a “Getting to Know You” party.
A few of us even tend our own garden and fish pond and share the fruits of summer with our neighbors. We are only 11 units, each uniquely different from all other units. We have a collective face and, although we respect each other’s privacy, we are protective of our little hill and of those who reside upon it.
